They suck, totally inflexible. Downloaded the program, created an account, there was not a No Deposit Promotion for me to claim. So, I contacted Live Help.

Nikki came on and told me I couldn't have the No Deposit because there were multiple accounts open. I told her that a long time ago, when I was new and did not understand, I may have opened two accounts on one casino due to forgetting my logon. She refused to give me the No Deposit Bonus, even after I explained to her all the other Rival Casinos had provided me with it.

To sum up the entire experience, it was an exercise in futility. Therefore, I promptly removed their software from my PC.

So far they seem like a good casino. Several members have already made cashouts and one been paid.

Sometimes good players get inconvienced in the security process.
As you stated, you opened 2 accounts at a Rival, by mistake. It should not be a shock that you would be blocked or get on a bad list as a result.

You are on a bonus block list for Rival since you opened 2 accounts by mistake, and will have to do this with every new Rival casino that opens.
It is not uncommon, and they will probably open your
bonus account if you email to a manager and ask for an account review.

Email support with subject: ATTN MANAGER, account review request.

I played the free $12, and Scary#2 seemed to be pretty Hot!
I got up to about $120 or so, but it was all down hill after switching to

Thanks Tawnia. At the time they did suck because I had my hopes up for naught. Most likely, they don't suck all the time. By the way, I am sending an email off as you suggested. Only one other Rival has had to have Manager Review. I believe that was Superior. All the others have granted the ND Bonus.

I played the free $12, and then made a deposit of $50 claiming the 300% promotion. I played for a long time, just couldn't keep it going. Another great Rival casino. I will most likely play here again, but Slotocash will always be my #1.

I finally made a couple small cashouts from Vegas Regal, I deposited $25, and literally played for hours, cashed out $100, and then cashed in my $7 in comps, turned it into $50 and cashed it out also. Not big cashouts but I am happy about it.
