can some one tell me what to do.
i was wanting to down load a casino. but this come up.

screen resolution is to low
please increase the screen resolution befor opening the casino.

what is this and how do i fix it

Try email the specific casino for help.

bjwild, Sounds like you need to check your settings. Your
security program could be blocking your download. Go to options or setting on
your security program (such as McAffee). It could also be your computer
settings which would be under start menu, then control panel.

If your screen resolution is to low right click your desktop then go to properties then click the settings tab then move the slider till it says 800x600 or 1024x768 click apply then done smile

what to do when i try to connect to the casino this comes up

connection interrupted
the connection to sever was reset while the page
was reloading.
the network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection.
please try again

i did and it still comes up

bjwild, Hello!
What kind of connection do you have? If it is dial up, most
casinos will not download because it is too much information. Where
do you get internet from? Wireless? Your phone line? DSL?

If it happens with every casino, your connection is bad. smileops:

If you have wireless or DSL, try turning off and unplugging your
router (the small machine with an atenna) for a few minutes and then replugging and turning it on.

I have DSL and dont usually have probelms with downloading casinos.

terri351, Right, DSL works great.. but sometimes if it does not
you can reset the connection by turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on. smile
