For my free $30 I got live chat right away, but I had problem with my netspend card so I got back to live chat and it did take a while, my card didn't work but they said they would take care of it by the beginning of this coming week. So I couldn't play this weekend there.

I must admit to being treated very well myself. Samatha was the support person I talked to. I was impressed. I may have to play there more often.
