yep..actually thats where it was last month too..I clciked on it and what not, but haven't got the points yet...so, thinking they just haven't moved it yet

It worked for me, plus last month mine was in a different spot, maybe it is different for each of us????

I clicked on the "X" from last months spot 3 days in a row and never credited. I spoke with support and they put the lyalty points in my account for me. They are so awesome!!

I went to live chat because I didn't get credited, even after I clicked on the x, they just asked where it was, I said in the percentage payout (and that there was a form to put my acct number), and they credited my-maybe try that, good luck!

Thanks TDTAT for the advise. I clicked the X a week ago, have sent casino mail and 2 emails but no response or points. After reading your post, I emailed Mario, 2 hours later I got my 777's. It's so great to have a friend of NLN at the casino.
