I just heard from Sloto'Cash in regards to why some emails
are not going through:

I found TWO 100% in my account!! Thanks, TDTAT!! By the way, I couldn't use the 200% because it was for EcoCard and I don't think the US is allowed to use those.

I think that 200% is from about a year ago when USA was allowed at Eco..
I doubt it will work for Quicktender, but worth a shot
