BB28, That has happened before at other Rivals.
It seems to be about a 10% chance. If you have just played
another bonus, sometimes the system blocks you and sometimes
it does not.

The bonus should work in 30 minutes to an hour.

i deposited 40 and got 120 bonus played thru 10,000 cashed out 3,500 ,but it will only let me cash out 1,000 at a time i guess ,wrote suppport .\,but they haven't responded yet ,hope they pay,cashed out thru quicktender

You can only cash out $1,000 on EACH transaction.
Have you tried to make another withdrawal for $1,000?

It should allow you to make at least 2 - withdrawals for $1,000 each.

Then go back tomorrow, after 9 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and you should be able to withdraw the rest.

That is right! They will pay but the max a day is $1000+$1000.
They may request id verification documents. Get your
drivers liscense and a recent utility bill ready to email.

Did you use the 300%? It had a maximum cashout rule when I used
it a few weeks ago I put a warning in every post.
