Is Netspend not available for Canadian players or Click2Pay? These might also be a solution for you.

netspend is USA only, click2pay works for Canada I think

My withdrawal was flushed at 11:30am yesterday and it hasn't made it to my quicktender account yet. Now mind you, that is definately not a long wait by any means; just seemed kind of slow for them.
On the bright side, I haven't hit big lately but I've made 2 $200, 2 $180 and 2 $100 cashouts between Sloto, Simon, inetbet and casinoshare. It all adds up rather nicely!!!
