i deposited yesterday 2times and played for a while no big wins or cashouts but support is good i couldnt get my deposits to work w/ quicktender either i got the same error message but i tried again and it went through. also the promo code didnt work for me so i went to chat and they did it manually for me.i would deposit there again!!!

The deposit went through fine,
but the code: RROM100 did not work instantly, so I emailed support.

I also let the casino manager know, so I am sure they will

I deposited $50 via my netspend visa card yesterday with no problem. I also received the 100% bonus using code RROM100 instantly with no problem. I got it up to a little over $500 in no time. However, when I read the terms and conditions on the website for the bonus it said the playthrough was 30x, so I continued to play and as luck would have it... I lost it all.

Then I came here and read the reviews and see that someone posted that according to customer support the playthrough was not 30x and they needed to update the website.

Wish I had read the posts here first.

For Microgaming EZ bonus, There is playthrough, but you can cashout any time. The playthrough is indeed 30X or 60X for Slots.
