Quicktender account issues

Thats bull we had a problem with a reload card bought at walmart here in Paducah Kentucky we had 220.00 on it and the card said the same thing no balance and reload card invalid ####'s and we took it back to walmart with the recept and got it all back on the card the money was in cyberspace somewhere, luckly I had the recept. so the should be able to find the money if you have a recept.

Yes everyting worked out but was not able to get it onto the card.... i have to now wait till I can get somewhere with the reload pack...It seems like every where I go now does not have the reload packs.. Atleast I went to Superfresh and they gave me the money back.

Quicktender security is investigating my acct. Its now closed too.
it looks like im being double billed for the last 2 deposits I made last week.
I hope they get it off my netspend pending soon.

The last two deposits I made to quicktender have already been paid by my netspend acct. Now there are two more pending that are almost the same amount and I havent used quicktender since those last two deposits were paid. Both my deposits to quicktender cleared on 3/25. I havent used it since those deposits, which were made on 3/22. Each pending charge is $1 more than the ones I made on 3/22. I hope they can get it figured out quickly!!

I know it will, I just dont like having my netspend in the negative with pending charges on them that I didnt make. Its really unnerving. I wouldnt have known if I hadnt put money on my card and saw I had a negative balance. It just scared me. I know they will figure it out soon.

Okay..I have same exact problem as opeth!!! My netspend card shows a pending amount of $52 to Q-tender also, when I only made 1 which cleared for $50 even... Netspend is aware & actually supportive!!
As far as quicktender support they keep asking me for a bank account statement?? Even though I told them it was a credit card deposit???!!!Third time now emailing and praying w/ fingers crossed they finally understand exactly what I am saying.... Ordered the ICC from Intertops, but Rivals hardly ever take my netspend,sometimes yes, mostly not.
Otherwise I'd just close my q-t acct also...

chad89030, I suggest you send what they ask for. I sent them
my bank statement and ID a few months ago after they asked.

smile Everyone: I think this could be netspend doing the
double charges.. Several members have had trouble a few months ago
with netspend messing up and blaming everyone else...

Keep that in mind since the only double charges are
from netspend..

I emailed 3 times too and then the security dept emailed and said they
are investigating my acct. I didnt want to close my acct but I did. If I win now Ill do ACH. One of the pending charges were dropped but the other is still on there. I didnt send them anything. They can look at your acct and tell exactly when you deposited and when it cleared im sure. I want my money thats left on my netspend so I can play smile

You guys can close Quicktender accounts if you want
but doesn't it seem odd that the only double charges
are from NETSPEND?? This could be netspend's error

The double charges are from quicktender on our netspend accts. I didnt want to close my QT, but if I have to worry that I fund my card and then my moneys tied up for a week cause Im getting double billed I dont want that either.
Ive never been double billed from any other place Ive used my card.

My point is that Netspend could be doubling charges..
I do not really care whose fault it is as long as everything is
worked out..

BUT I have heard of many more problems with wrong charges
that are netspend's fault than any other provider...
something to keep in mind although neither will
claim responsiblity I imagine.
