actually i was watching a special on president linden johnson's wife, they called her "ladybird" johnson. I like the name and her story, thus.... but i like king of the hill too.

I just got a new dog, He is a 4 year old brittany spaniel and his name is Major. My two cats did not like that I brought him home, but hopefully, they will warm up to him. Thanks Roxy 4 the contest.

I love all animals even snakes, I should of been a vet, I pick up strays and bring them into my home and find homes for them, unless I get too attached to them, at one time I had 14 dogs and 12 cats all were mine, I had a pet rat named peanut butter she was so nice, she would not hurt a fly, the cats chased her under a dresser and we could not find her, she died, I found her when we moved and barried her, I miss that little rat. were going to get two more rats and name them peanutbutter and jelly.

i would have to go with puppies or kittens not dogs or cats. thank you and congrats on the big win.

I had a pet Rat, recently that passed away...... his name was Jack.
He was such a COOL little guy!


AND, I just Love my two Black Cats!!

I Love the chirps that come out of my Bird, when she is looking at herself in the mirror!!!
There was this one day, when she would chirp as the Frog outside would Ribbit! This went on for a couple of hours!
A chirp, and then a Ribbit.... a chirp and then a Ribbit....on and on!

I Just Love them ALL!

Animals, hmmm love pretty much all of them. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a cockatoo.

I never had cats growing up but we had taken in some strays for the winter 2 years ago (letting them sleep in the basement), and 3 of them had litters. Well, we found homes for all of them and kept 3 (much to my hubby's objection). These animals fill our lives. They are like kids, all with their own personalities.

And when they say parrots are like 5 yr olds, believe them!!!!! our's is like a little brat when he doesn't get attention.

My Yorkie is going to be 13 and that breaks my heart. We've had her since she was 6 weeks old. I would recommend a Yorkie to anyone. They are loyal and smart, and they have hair not fur.

But anyway, sorry I got carried away, it's just that I have such a love for animals. They are an important part of my life.

Oops, I forgot the stray that lives in the basement. He was born in the neighborhood and never left. We finally got him to come in with the females 2 years ago during the winter. He is about 7 yrs old and is a wonderful cat. He is so happy to have a home. He comes and goes as he pleases.

Funnny Roxy, I thought about what kind of contest I would have if I won (I mean "when" I win), and "animals" are the first thing that came to mind.

I love dogs!!!!!!!!!!!

I love all kinds of pets, but I would have to say that I like cats (kittens) the most. We have three of them living in the house now. I love how they all have their distinct personalities, they are all a litle crazy in their own ways! The one that is mine was given to me last year as a Christmas gift. Her name is Rosie. She has grown a lot but still acts like a kitten. She definately brings laughter into my life!
