I contacted live support, excellent service, Mitch gave me all the info I needed, he said it's been approved and apparently they send it in a batch in the mornings, he said to check tomorrow, it should be in QT. I guess it took a little longer because I had back to back withdraws and they are sending them together! Fine with me!!
