Actually I have been having trouble with all Rivals since last week. I know it's not my computer since I have cleaned everything I can clean. I think they are having trouble of their own. Like the casinos would open but the promotions never downloaded.
I've been having the same problem for about 2-3 weeks. In addition, I've noticed that every time I get on my last spin and it puts me below $1.00, the system hangs up and I get that error that the server could not be contacted. It says the game will refresh, but it never does. A couple of those spins have been winners, but I never get paid. I watched it happen over and over and over again. So frustrating. :wall:
