My mom makes norwegian desserts every year and then mails them to me if we are not together - Crumkakka and fatteman - they are types of cookies - are my favorites!! And to drink, Glug!!!

For Christmas I make 20 pounds of my special potato salad my family and friends always take some home I only make it twice a year on Christmas and Easter.
