Hi everyone, first post so please forgive errors. The bonus code for the 50 free works great. Enter in the info and then log out and back in. If it isn't there repeat the process. I have had wonderful luck with their staff; although chat isnt available I did send an email and recieved imm. response with help resolving the bonus credit. They are hard to get a deposit accepted through, it often takes up to five minutes to process a card and they claim they are working on an upgrade that will fix that soon. One thing that is awesone about this place is that they offer 30 bucks free every month, to EVERYONE and the codes are printed right on thier home page. If you have a problem redeeming as I did, be sure to copy and paste code as the capitol letter for the month along with your country $ is important. The games may be outdated but they have several great perks. I enjoy the fact that they print a free bonus code for all to access and I think that really keeps bonus abusers from making them jaded and lately it seems as though eveery time I try to validate a coupon code with RTG im accused of, "multiple accounts", "already redeeming codes", or just plain locked out of an account that I have been playing with for years. Hello there daddyon, this is kttyfn011@comcast.net I agree about this casino they are out dated and I had a little trouble at first, getting the codes right...lol And I did as you did, log-off and log back in and there it was both the 50 code and the 30 worked back to back at this casino. Very unusual, but nice. I wanted to let you know you are not the only one having trouble with RTG casinos I am accused of multiple accounts and locked out of some I have never played at???? What the heck is that? If and when you find out what has happened and why? Please send me an email so I can fix mine, and I will do the same. This new simonsays casino has locked me out and I have never had accounts with any of the other sister casinos but they say I do, so just make darn sure you keep track of any deposits you may make, because in my opinion I think someone is trying to steal my identity. USA players can not deposit or
withdraw.. the free chips are like fun money for USA
