I agree. There were several C.S. Reps, and all of them were very unpleasant and rude.

Not too long ago they sent me an email for a free $100 chip. Now mind you they sent it to me, I didn't ask for it since I have never played there nor did I get it from a forum. When I tried to collect, I got accused of having multiple accounts and was told I was not eligible and had received the email by mistake. Support was rude and nasty and I ended up telling them to kiss my But they did tell me that I could deposit and get the chip. As If!!

The same happened to me at Prism. They said someone had already claimed the free chip from my acct. No one uses my computer but me and they dont know my password, thats for sure. Ive deposited there many times in the past but now. Id be afraid I wouldnt get paid. Something just doesnt sound right about all these RTG;s telling people they have multiple accts when they dont. Ill never deposit at any of them again!!
