you gotta get the card sent before u can use it but... The service itself rocks instant money transfer by cell phone thats awesome stuff!
once you set-up the acct you can add a bank acct and transfer funds from the card to the bank acct or from the bank acct to the card also if you have a reloadable netspend card you can withdraw funds out of the Obopay acct into the Netspend acct there is a 1000$ maximum per week for withdraws using obopay but its still pretty cool!
