If you have just used free chips
they may have locked your account
for bonus abuse...
You could always try emailing support.

For almost every free chip from RTG there
will be no cashout of your last transaction
was a free chip.. that means you can not
use 2 codes in a row and expect to cashout.
CODES are usally for SLOTS ONLY!
FREE Chips are usally one or 2 times
the chip maximum cashout!!
Follow the bonus terms or you can not cashout

I'm not one to bash, but I'll make an exception today!!! Club Player stinks. I've never had anything but problems with them from day 1, and I am (WAS) a depositing player. Use the free chip if you are eligible, but don't count on getting anything should you be able to keep the chip and/or even win and try and cash out. Just play to have fun.

99% of problems with RTG casinos
are due to bonus terms (usally ridiculous terms).
BUT, The Club player manager, Cynthia, is nice, so I would
ask for her if you need help at Club Player.
I suggest playing with no bonus for the best chances
of winning at an RTG casino or play
somewhere like iNetbet .
I have cashed out at Club player but
it took about 10 days and they require a
fax back form.

I can't say that RTG is on the top of my list - I've tried a couple of times to cash out without being able to..... but I still try their free codes and hope for the best. I figure if it is free - you can't really lose !!!

The code worked for me as well. I got the $50 up to about $140, then decided to play for higher stakes than the normal at RTG's. Lost it all, but then again I know how hard it is to cash out on a free chip.
Had fun playing for about 6 hours though!
I like the games at RTG.

I love the RTG games but at most of them you have to beg
for your cashout for weeks before you get paid. I just got tired of it.
I only play at Rival casinos now.
