This happens to me too.. once you are blocked
from Rival bonus it will always happen
with any new Rival Casino..
It is no problem, I told Justine @ SLOTOCASH
about it before the casino opened.
My account has already been fixed
and I am sure all of yours will be soon also.
It does not mean you did anything wrong... just
somewhere along the line 2 accounts were
accidently opened. Even having 2 different emails
for 2 different Rivals can cause an auto block.

By the way.. even though SLOTOCash is not
related to the other casinos, they still
share central Rival Support. That is why
you see the same reps in live chat
Also your emails may come from
This is Vegas for the next few days.
