iNETBET problems... (Edit) rude support

I absolutely agree!! The ones I named usually have promos that run all weekend and they will give you a bonus on the OVERALL amount of total combined deposits over that period, which is why it's okay to claim AFTER you've played. But, hey, every casino is different, and for the problem on this post, iNetBet is definitely one of those that you have to claim prior to playing. I guess the big issue here was really the rude CS rep...because it looks like the player made a mistake and did not claim the bonus as it was meant to be claimed. But, hey, mistakes happen, right?!

You know sometimes we are in a hurry to play, so we only read the overview of the bonus...but, it's worth it to take the few minutes to go read the full T&Cs. Of course, this is one reason I love the Rival ones - as soon as you click on the promo it pulls up T&C!!

i also have recieved extreme rudeness from the manager at inetbet so much so that i will never play there again. There are to many casinos out there that will treat a customer with the respect they deserve especially a depositing player. Inetbet has shown me that they do not value me a depositing player as a customer by showing my extreme rudeness and when I called him on his rudeness he hurled insults at me like a child

michman005, I am sorry to hear that you also had a hard time with CS, not all are like that at casinos and they try to do there best to make the player happy.... GOOD LUCK & WELCOME!!!!

Yeah, I have to agree. Inetbet does have some of the rudest reps. But I still play there though. Bonuses are good, they pay quick and I like the games.
