5Stars ended their 10.00 promotion at noon today. I signed up one minute late and they wouldn't give it to me.

I ask support why and now they won't even let me login anymore 
I figure there are plenty more casinos out there with BIGGER and BETTER promotions just keep looking you'll find better that will honor a promotion late or not

Hi, i signed up to this casino on 5/16/07 and on 5/17/07 i had to go to support to get the bonus, thay gave it to me and i went to play the 1 slot michine thay have, i started hitting the cherrys right away but the michine dident pay the win, so again i went to support and told what was going on and was told to send a email becouse she couldent get to my game history, so i sent a email then i checked my game history and it showed all my spins were a no win, here are pic's.

I never got the $10. Earlier this week live sup. told me it would be in my acct. the next day. The next day i tried again they told me i needed to email supp. and it would take 24 hrs. It's been well over 24 hrs, no $10.

After support told me I could not have bonus I got e-mail saying the 10 was in my account. But, I was hitting the cherries left and right but did not win anything I also hit 2 cherries and still did not get anything. I then got frustrated hit bet max. and hit more cherries and still did not win lol. so I just gave up .
