Customer service is A+++++ at Casino Share!! I wish all casinos were like that, lol. The problem was, that i had originally made the account in flash, and although i was logging into the downloaded version, since it was a flash made account, they were not showing up. So Mitch , in live chat, was so wonderful to send me a file to clear the registry so i could make an account in the downloaded version, and my free spins will be ready within the hour! yay.......I will try to do a little better than you TDTAT, lol.......and thanks for the advice about lucky nugget....i will messege cho.....it's $199 dollars they owe me, and i'm just not willing to blow that much off...lol.........I'll let you know how my spins turn out!!

GRRRR!! I would blame it on being Fri 13th but this is so typically my luck 
i checked my account and still nothing so i went back to live chat and they said the promotions dept. won't be in till tomorrow and they are the only ones who can credit my account with the free spins......So no gambling for me today i guess i'd deposit somewhere but rents gotta be paid first.....stupid minor details...lol....oh well....
