Here's an update....

According to the casino, due to the ACH delays or problems they are having, they cancelled all of the ACH withdrawals and sent them out via postal mail. According to them, it will be another 7 to 10 business days.

I asked why they did not send it via overnight express because that was my second alternative method I chose if ACH could not be done. They said due to problems they are experiencing with FedEX, the postal mail was their only option.

Supposedly, my withdrawal was sent out via check today. I will let you know what happens.

The saga continues........

Royal Vegas did the same thing to me 2 years ago. But, the good news is, I received the check via regular mail 2 days after they said they sent it. Hopefully, the check will come in quickly!

I just withdrew from Royal Vegas to my netspend account for the first time. The $30 charge is kinda scarey though. Will let you know how it goes!

The fee was charged by the casino for an ACH, right? In the past, none of the casinos charged when I had my winnings sent via ACH. Then, recently, I noticed all of them are starting to charge between $10 and $50. I don't like that...but it's still a convenient method for receiving withdrawls. Good luck and congrats on the cashin!!

Yes.. all bank wires will cost $10-$50 PLUS what your bank charges!!
So if netspend does not charge a fee you are saving $10-$20!!
My bank charges $15 smile smile (Plus what the casino charges)

Netspend doesNOT charge a fee, so at least there is a small savings!

Did you withdrawal go through to your card from Royal Vegas? Just wondering as mine was paid clickpay rather than the ACH method I had chosen.

Way to go on that win!!!!

Update:

I finally received my $3000 from Casino Grandbay onto my Netspend card. It took the casino 10 days and Netspend posted the same day.

Pantasia and the 400 Group (I believe) do NOT charge a fee for ACH withdrawls. Just something to keep in mind!

Yeah, I think if you have deposited using Click2Pay, or other web wallets, they get priority over any other method of withdrawal. Not sure why...but I remember having the same thing happen when I withdrew twice - once it went to Neteller, though I requested ACH and once to Click2Pay - also requested ACH. But, hey, you got your money! Woohoo!

I'm thinking next time, I withdrawl to click2pay, then deposit into Pantasia, then withdraw via ACH. No fees that way! Just will take longer....
