Ummmm....
Just some advice for the moment.
I would hold off on using these guys.
I have an issue at the moment, that they are having a problem to resolve.
I may be a lttle too impatient.........
But when we are talking about money, I can't help it.
I'll explain the issue later, for good and for bad.
I just wouldn't recommend them at the moment
Don't keep us in suspense! I've already used it once, with no problems(that I KNOW of). If it's not a good option-please-tell us!
I purchased one of their cards on Friday.
The pop-up screen with the card #., exp., etc.. came up as usual.
I printed the info, waited the 10 minutes and went to go use it.
It was declined.
I tried to log into their website (www.card), and it was saying
that the # was not being recognized.
So, I emailed them.
We went back and forth with emails.
My problem with this:
My card has still been charged.
Pending charges should have been dropped, if the charge was dropped.
I don't feel that the responses that I have gotten from www.card were sufficient nor satisfactory.
Actually, the last ones were quite rude.
They said that they sent an email to my card carrier, to cancel the charges.
For me, I don't see a legitimate card carrier dropping the charges because they received an email
to "cancel" the charges.
Either the charges are there, or they are not.
I give it til' Monday evening to allow time for them to make 'good'.
