Can someone tell me why this post states NO USA? I am from USA and have been playing here for sometime now, in fact I made a deposit yesterday, So whats up with NO USA?

Playtech banned all usa.. so I have no clue how you were able to play or deposit!

We at Zipang casino are truly sorry for the inconvenience but we would to announce the Managements Decision.
First, we decided to exclude the country of United States of America from our potential players here in Zipang Casino. We have to consider the legal circumstance on online gaming in the said country.
This July 18th, we have stopped accepting players from country of United States of America. Also starting this day, Real Players will not be able to purchase chip anymore.
In addition, please be informed and understand that players who are residence of the country United States of America who are presently registered will also not be able to play the games.
