support said the casino security flagged my account and would not allow me any bonuses, when i asked why support said they didnt have to tell me why they could refuse bonuses at their discretion, not impressed at all with this casino, thanks anyway

abmile, Just send me your account #.. this is a computer glitch with the new casino, it is happening to a few players, do not worry we will get it cleared up post your acct# or send to me in a personal message..

Please make a post on your forum stating that the denied accounts will be reviewed and an email sent if the account status is changed.

I don't know why but I recieved $14 upon signup, not complaining tho' ....LOLOL, it may have been because the PC I can access these casinos from is VERY SLOW, and I clicked the claim button 2x's thinking it hadn't registered the first click?

I have heard only 1 or 2 other players with download trouble..

Is it your firewall? if not, have support send you a cd..
that will work no matter what.. maybe a week before you get
it, but then it will work for sure

grocki79, Yes all denied accounts are being reviewed in the next day or 2 by the casino.
Let me know if you do not get an email in the next few days
and I will work on it Sorry for your trouble. They asked me
not to send individual accounts until Wednesday because
they are reviewing all denied accounts automatically. This happened to 5-10% of players, so do not feel alone

I downloaded the casino and obtained the free $7. I liked the games OK but it didn't have sound. It wasn't as much fun as the others, but still enjoyed the games.
