What exactly does that mean, TDTAT? Will the Paypal option not be available? Since I am Canadian, I am assuming that will affect us? Can you explain more please?
I am hoping people outside the US will accept another option such as bitcoin, gift cards, or cash transferred via Intertops. Obviously, we are not going to refuse to pay someone if paypal is the only option. Paying $6 to send $25 is not fun.

It's $6 to send $25 to someone outside of the US. The fee went from around $1 to $6. Pretty high! We will pay it if there is no other option, but it will hurt.
shirlsplay, I'm not sure. If you listen to all the stories people tell, paypal is a rather evil company. Some people speculate that this is their last grasp to make money before they are made redundant by better services.
