I signed up 2 days ago went to support and talked with Katherine was told i am not elegible becouse it is issued to via a registered advertiser, and that if i were elegible it would have been in my account when i signed up, and that she cannot give out bonuses, my account ID is CMR441XXXX thanks for any help you can offer.
