Well, eventually a rep answered live chat. She wrote " wow, you've been waiting a long time!" Haha, what can I say, I won't give up until I get my free cash-back

It's better, still hit-or-miss. At least I no longer get booted out..sometimes have to wait, but not as bad as before. And chat is always friendly once they respond

kaymast24, I am happy to hear that! I used live chat at Intertops the other day and they answered immediately and took care of my issue right away.
