I played the playthrough requirements and got $50. I tried to withdraw via moneybookers. The following is my account history:
6/6/2006 6:46:46 AM MoneyBookers Withdrawal Declined $40.00

So not only couldnt I withdraw the $50 I lost $10.50 for some reason. Then I tried to withdraw the remaining $40 and that was also declined.

And of course live support is offline...
Now I got a message that the money is to be played with my first deposit.

With regards to your present withdrawal, the auditing dept have looked through your account to make certain of your eligibility for the free $10. Unfortunately this was a specific promotion that was sent out to an email list and you were not on the list to have received it. I am afraid that the website on which you saw the offer had somehow got hold of the email and posted it on their site erroneously, this has caused us much embarrassment as you can imagine.
I really am very sorry about this and I approached the management to see if we can do something about it as the misunderstanding was not your fault.
I am pleased to tell you that the Manager did agree to my suggestion that you may keep the $40 as bonus money to play with in conjunction with a first deposit you make with us. You will also be able to claim the first deposit bonus too, of up to $350 depending on which coupon you redeem.
I hope you find this a satisfactory solution to an unfortunate episode and that you will enjoy playing with us for a long time to come.

TDTAT. I grabbed the bonus as well. TY. I managed to cash out max of $50.00. Today I received an email from Club USA. I am not eligible for the bonus because it is an invitation given to only recipients of their emailing list.
So needless to say, I lost my cashout. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me that when I entered the code. What a farce.
