I am just wondering, how did all of you that were trying to quit smoking after New Year's make out??? It is a tough thing to do, and not everyone succeeds the first, or even the 5th time,

luckyma55, my husband and I both quit on Jan 1st. He hasn't had a cig since. I've slipped up twice. Once was at the casino a couple weeks ago after having a few drinks. (I bummed one from a stranger) 
ops: Got back on track after that. Then when I was cleaning about 4 days ago and found a cig I had "stashed" and...well...gave in and smoked it. It's tough, but I just keep trying. Haven't had another since then.

for the most part am still not smoking but on tuesday when i see my brother i always bum a smoke off him. I decide to take TDTAT advice and go cold turkey and stopped using the patches cause i don't want to have to go thur this again. I find myself snacking alot more and have put on a few extra pounds. i need to find a good snack that i won't gain with...lol.

It's sooooo not easy to quit. I have absolutely no willpower. But I quit on May 24th of 2015 and haven't touched one since!!!!!
