That spells out stress but the message spells out the way to have a lot less of it. If you don't let the smallest of problems and issues get to you then it leaves more room in your life to tend to the bigger problems and issues. My mom always says to choose your battles in life wisely. In other words, don't put so much weight into every single issue that you may have, but rather figure out what the larger problems, or battles, are in your life and take care of those and the rest will fall into place on their own most of the time. Take life one day at a time and don't worry about things that MIGHT happen. You surely don't want to give yourself any more issues than you may already have!!!
So, I hope that helps a bit and for goodness sakes, PLEASE, enjoy the season and all that are in it with you.

Here's some gift giving ideas; Create something homemade....thoughtful gifts are unique and easy on the wallet. Offer your time or resources, create your own "gift certificate to give" – Offer to babysit or lend a hand with projects around the house for a family member rather then buying them some expensive (uneeded/unwanted gift)

The best tip i can give is when you find yourself stressed out, remember the true meaning of Christmas, not the commercialized Christmas we have made it to be. Family and friends are whats important, not what you can or cant buy them.

My best holiday tip is easy. Just think of it as a day off. Plan your days ahead of time. Set a time and place list, and off you go! We all get a day off once in a while so this way you dont get stressed out. Works for me. I try and make it a mind set thing.

I am having a stress free christmas for me and My girls by getting rid of their loud mouth father. Inner peace is calming . Christmas may be short on gifts but the house is filled with happiness and laughter ! Thats enough for Me..........Merry Christmas
