I love Valentines Day for my kids, my daughter is still in elementary and i enjoy helping her fill out valentines for her class and putting together the parties for her classroom.

I like Valentine's Day, and remember the best part of it is the memories of being a child, making "Valentine Day Boxes" (from Kleenex boxes) all decorated with lace and bows/flowers and getting the books of Valentines, selecting them and sending to all your classmates/friends for the Valentines Day Party that day. A simple beautiful card will do - or a single flower, but I see Valentines Day as becoming very costly to say "I love you, you're special".

I like Valentines day because its the one special day that my boys ( all grown up) still make me the very special Valentine card every year. Valentines is my bonus holiday the reminder of my love for them and them for me along with their special talents and creativity.

Hi TDTAT - and the whole NLN gang - its been a while.
Well, this year will have special meaning - after 19 years together, my honey and I tied the knot on election day 2012.
