They mailed me back and promotions even said they do not grant free chips when players deposit and use a bonus code at the time of deposits. It was just strange because with Grande Vegas and Slotto cash, I deposit and use bonus deposit codes and they constantly mail me free chips. Yet, they are all from the same group, guess that doesnt mean anything - they run each casino the way they want

Bethri77, SlotoCash is only in a group with Desert Nights (rival, no usa)... and Grande Vegas is not in a group but is loosely associated with Jackpot Capital and Intertops. The Club USA Group is ClubUSA (Club World), Lucky Red, Highnoon, AllStarSlots, Aladdins Gold, Buzzluck and Manhattan Slots.

and one unknown
why not at rtg cause you have too get a minor jackpot at least too win win it
although i won on rtg by cashing in my comps and putting the whole lot in to play jackpot

hong kong, It depends on the rtg. Some like intertops have 60x wagering, but if you play at allstar slots the wagering is only like 5-10X (all games allowed) and if you're a vip sometimes free chips have no max cashout.
That said I have cashed out on free chips at all the rtgs I usually play at (Intertops, Slotocash, Grande Vegas) but it is very difficult and does not happen very often.
