Club world now with my experience so far was always good especially with payouts being fast. Now I have a withdrawal pending since Dec.26th from a xmas free chip.

I have been speaking with the cashier playing email tag for almost a week now, and they keep "dinking the dog." They still haven't even removed it from my acct. to begin processing it.

I do realize we had holidays, but the days in between we didn't have holidays and they could have started the process. All my forms have been in with group and approved for a few years now. There should be no reason they are taking this long! Especially when on their banking webpage they claim to be fast and pay within 24 hours usually.

Very frustrating!

queenmap, I'm very surprised. For what it's worth I wouldn't worry. I won on a free chip from All Star Slots which is the same group. I received the payout, probably because I went through a "wallet". I know it's not good to mention them publicly.

FYI, I want to add that I "rarely" cash out. The only way I manage to is to make the play thru on a free chip. Then I have a cash out limit. That is the only way that I don't get greedy and waste the whole win trying to win more...

RGALP, sorry this is with Allstarslots, I meant Clubworld group. I know I will be paid, just frustrated because they seem to be getting slower and slower with payouts lately. I have seen others post about this at other forums as well.

I just think if they are going to start paying slower and not even start processing, then to at least remove from their webpage that they have fast payouts. Clearly, they do not anymore. That wsa the past!

Yes TDTAT, that is my concern other than it possibly bouncing. I have heard others getting checks and them having no issues because they typically are drawn on a bank within the US. Also, I have heard in one case that their check didn't clear and the casino had to reissue them a new one.

Crossing my fingers here. Will post back on how it goes what happens. Probably won't get it for a few days though yet.

hun (queenmap ) if you deposit with a mastercard/visa b4 they will put your winnings onto that too it only took me 5 working days to get mine..im in us also ..good luck and congrats!

I won $150 on Xmas day from Club World and received it (direct pay) on the 28th of Dec. That was the 2nd time I cashed out at that casino and have been paid quickly both times.
