It gets discouraging but I have cashed out a few times with Club World (same group) and they always pay, even on free chips.
And TDTAT is the bomb!!!!!! LOL

why dont you spin once then cash out again,that usualy works then send all your utility bilss pasport drivers liscence and any other id
