popolozo, Hi, they are not a rogue casino. Just go to the cashier and withdraw, support can not do that for you. Their live chat is not always open, but they also have an email address, so use that.

popolozo, Also remember you can not cashout $1500 from the $28 free chip... the free chip has a maxium cashout rule like all free bonuses. Chekc the bonus terms for the maximum you can withdraw, maybe it is $100 or $200.
