Drakella,..I wish i would have read the complaints. I wanna cry, it makes me so upset. This blog makes me feel like I'm not alone.

tawnia , when i played on these both casinos , 21 grand and supreme they were very nice with me , only when it was english live chat , i never got problem with sam and other live persons
then they put the live chat in my language so i had to speack in french , i think it was cool but no lol , these people are not the same and they are very rude
but they always pay me , first on 5 days then i spoke with julien and sam and they pay me on 2 days max
its after many monthes they changed the managers and they were very bad , like drakela i closed myself these two casino after dispute on live chat
but dtorres im sure you got your monney , all rival have already pay the winners
be patient

So I'm back and it is 1 week since I have emailed directly to my account manager,customer support and the cashier. I have not recvd any email back. I have been on live chat and 3 reps said "come back tomorrow" each time I come back they tell me the same. It's amazing that casinos are allowed to operate in this manner.

dtorres i had same problem with the live tchat and i advise them if they continue to do like that i close my accounts and i do it because they havent change , always wait and any promotional mail , any answer by mail and live tchat very rude , i was very tired about that so i closed my accounts but they dont have to pay me

So just like that? There is no one that i can reach out to? I'm not trying to be funny but what about Rival ? There has to be some way to tell someone. Any gaming associations overseas. How can they be allowed to get away with this!
