I have opened a account at Always vegas and deposited.
I have reached playthrough and have cashed out $750 .
This happened a few days ago.
I just wanted to see the status of my withdrawal .
I can't , my account is locked.
This is the first time this has happened to me.
I have written a email to support.
I'm curious what the reason is for locking my account.

rave, Hi! Did you happen to enter the wrong password? If you enter the wrong password you can get locked out for a few hours.

rave, Well I would email with the subject "manager please help" and explain the problem. Even if your account is locked, they still have to pay the $750... seems silly of them to lock the account, so maybe it was an error.

I have emailed support 2 days ago : no response.
I have emailed to a manager yesterday like you said : no response.
Just checked account : still locked.
I'm glad to have the emails which proofs that i withdrew the money.

Is it possible that this casino formerly was a casino with other software?

rave, Hi! Yes they could be from another software... many microgaming groups are starting rival casinos. Try live chat if they have it and tell them you need a manager to contact you. I am sure they will pay. If you do not hear anything by tomorrow, let me know and I will try to contact them.
