I just pulled CasinoShare up again and I'm still on the Microgaming platform. Home page says nothing about CasinoShare US. May have to delete and redownload.

Just went to CasinoShare's website and still indicates "powered by microgaming" I guess if Nathan1234 went to the new platform he is a chosen one, mine didn't; see no reason to delete and redownload since microgaming is still indicated.

SHORT VERSION:
If your casinoshare launched without errors, and you successfully logged in, then there is nothing further you need to do regarding the software upgrade. If you received an email about merging accounts into a single one of your choice, then you should probably contact support so they can do this for you.
LONG VERSION:
I had same results.... I launched the old version of the casino that I have had since forever, and it started up just like normal .... the usual bleep here, a pause there... and was basically the same as always, except a kinda different welcome screen. I did notice that several scattered slots needed to be redownloaded... Also, the multiplayer slot/bj tourneys werent listed.
I did receive an email early yesterday that stated something about contacting support to help merge my accounts into a single acct of my choosing????
I stopped by live support and was told that no account merging was needed at all for me because i only had the casino account and the poker account, I assume if I had flash account, it would be merged with download version.
I asked if I needed to do anything on my end to upgrade to the new version of the casino. He stated that if my current casinoshare launched successfully without errors, and I was able to login, then I need to do absolutely nothing further except enjoy my gaming experience.
Regarding the missing tourneys, the software upgrade is still ongoing on their end. Based on something I read somewhere, I am relatively sure that US players will not be allowed to participate in multiplayer tournaments in the near future.
I hope this helps to alleviate some stress for you... as well as the nice folks that provide Live Support.
Have a great day!

Has anyone tried the new platform?
Yes, I have played on the new platform at CasinoShare and at Red Flush.
Pretty much the same as what I can remember, maybe like 2 years ago.
Way less games to choose from.
I can't lie and say that I liked most of the new ones anyway.. well, except
for the 'Fruity" Games! Those, new ones ~ I will miss!
AND, I also liked to play on the 'Flash" version of the casino which is no
longer available to us anymore.
BUT.....
I feel lucky to still be able to play the classics that made me fall in love
with microgaming powered casinos, in the first place.
Maybe after they get all situated as a group (the old 'PlayShare'), they
will become creative in their rewards/promotions programs.
They really started to slack in customer service, this past year compared
to previous years.
A little 'arrogant' in responses, shy on the rewards and special treatments, etc....

Casino Share US is not taking new US players at this time.
