I wrote this 1993 A Day In The Clover
Today is saint Patricks day,
In the clover the leprechauns will play.
People will wear colors of green,
In the clover a shamrock may be seen.
A lucky shamrock could bring you a wish,
corned beef and cabbage tonights dinner dish,
Then in the evening when the day is over,
the leprechauns go home from playing in the clover.
