Let me clarify...the big spin on Scary Rich was actually in the feature, still big for a $.20 bet! Live chat told me they hold in "reversal" for 72hrs and they don't flush

kushfoot, Hello! Try emailing the casino with the subject "manager please help". Explain the issue and ask them to help. Have you ever deposited at Dendera? Maybe they cut off you bonuses or something. If that is the case then ask for a manager account review maybe.

I got an e-mail from them (Dendera)stating that I had a 7$ free chip, but when i went to check it out, it was not there, This was on Sunday. So today with it still not there, o sent an e-mail to dendera support asking why i don't have it in my account. Was this the right place to have sent it to? my account name there is phoenix928.
