went back today to check again on the status of my cashin...but first i read their complete website to find their clause saying that cashins take up to 15 business days to process.... surely, i could not find it.... but i found this under their FAQ section:

How long does it take to receive my winnings?
From the time of your initial request, the withdrawal takes 5 business days to process. Once your withdrawal has been approved, you will be sent a notification email. If your withdrawal request has been rejected, you will also be notified by email.

A little angry i went back and got Wilson, their customer service manager, on the chat and confronted him with that. Within 2 minutes he asked me for my registered Moneybookers email address and told me that the payment will be done straight away and i should check my moneybookers account after 1 hour...

i opened my moneybookers account after 10 minutes and the money was already there.... now, that was fast
