There has been a family tradition in my family for Halloween. It was my Moms Birthday on Halloween so she was always cheated when we were young I had 4 siblings. So it was rush home from school homework dinner and then we could run out. Back then every single house gave out candy so we could fill up two pillow cases easy cuz we RAN!! As I grew up into my 20's I realized how cheated my mom was so I started making or taking her to dinner and I always haf a bumpy tea cake with ice cream when I would bring her home. Every yeat I celebrate her with my kids and grandkI cant wait to see her again.
Dont ever waste tiime with your loved ones. Life is to fast So Halloween is bitter sweet for me.

Another Halloween story
When I was young there were like 50 kids on my block...Catholic hood. There were the good kids and the bad ass. On Devils night my brothers talked me into letting them use my cosmotology school dummy head for a prank. They made her eyes up like Alice Cooper got a hangmans noose, tied it around her neck and flung it over a street lamp at our corner. There was no stop sign on one side and when cars drove by they would lower her to almost hit the cars then bring her up and fast.it was so hilarious. to bad cell phones were not around yet we would been viral!!

Halloween party coming up this weekend...still don't know what my costume will be. Really don't want to buy one. I may need to get creative!
