Thanksgiving is the time for making HOMEMADE Irish Cream! Makes the best Copper Camels or a splash in your coffee. Helps eliminate the Turkey Day "overatetoomuch" hangover!

You will want to triple or quadruple this recipe.
Recipe:
1 and 2/3 cup of Irish Whiskey-(any whiskey will do but Jameson the best)
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Light Cream
1 Tsp Instant Espresso Powder
2 Tbls Chocolate Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend On High for 30 seconds.
Makes Approx Quart.
Pour in Airtight Container and Refrigerate.
Keeps for 2 months

I have most everything for the food, but need to get more. More family coming to join in.
