Rockbet is on probabtion for player complaints on another site for being unresponsive to player issues.
Basically the player left a balance of a few cents from a deposit (with a bonus) and redeposited without a bonus. The player asked support, but support told the player there were no wagering requirements left on the new deposit. The player cashed out $150 and $100 was removed from the last deposit's "uncashable sticky" bonus. The player was obviously given incorrect info by support and then had a hard time getting answers from the casino.
Everyone should read terms carefully and beware of these issues. I have never had a problem getting fast answers from Rockbet, but felt this should be reported.

TDTAT, this is kind of a derail but when I deposited the last time at Sloto, I had like 1 penny left from last play and I could not claim another promo until I played it off. Automatically got an error message. I haven't every tried depositing only with a left over balance unless I had not taken a promo on the last deposit.
Made me appreciate the length that Sloto goes to make sure that they are a reputable casino. Now if I could cash out, I would really be happy. LOL!!!
