I just got home from the hospital. Been there since Monday in the ICU due to diabetic complications with the flu...I got SERIOUSLY dehydrated. I was not aware of the danger before now; I only have had diabetes for 4 years. It was really quite scary how quickly things deteriorated. I guess I arrived at the hospital just in time. BUT I am better now and I have learned a lot more about the disease.

ANYWAY, Luckyma....

Just saw your post gjr1961, and am glad that you are home and ok. I have diabetes as well, so I know what you are talking about. It sure is scary when something like that happens, and I am so glad that it was all ok.
