What are your thoughts on this week's Casino Rankings?

ok I sent email last night and did anotherwithdraw also. I received an email this morning from support and not from the manager that stated that my withdraw was reversed because I gave them an invalid quicktender acct number. Now you would think that they would have let me know about this in an email instead of just reversing my withdraw without an explanation.

If you entered the wrong Quicktender acct#, that would explain the reversed withdrawal..
I gave them a lot of grief over the reversal and feel bad for that now.
They can not process or change the QT number that was wrong, you have to do that yourself.
Anytime wrong info is given, the withdrawal must be reversed and done again.

I understand that but you would think they would notify a player that wrong info was given instead of reversing a withdraw without any explaination. And whenever I send an email to the "manager" it is always intercepted by support and that makes one wonder if these emails ever even reach the "manager".I'm sorry for creating these problems but I dont feel that I am the only one at fault here I mean c'mon it took them from 8/31 to 9/07 to figure out that the QT # was wrong? Thats an awful long time and now it will probably be another week before I hear from them again. And I'm still hung up on the fact that I have withdrawn from them twice in the past and the cashouts came really fast. Don't they keep ones QT acct # on file or something for when issues like this arise?

xenabruno, No this should have been done a long time ago. It is their fault for not communicating better and figuring out the wrong account number was the problem..
This is probably why they asked for the fax back form too.. because the invalid payment account.
The cashouts are done by a system.. no person is sitting there to check and make sure you entered the right account number. They can not go change the wrong number even if they were doing it one withdrawal at a time.. The player has to tell them where to send the money. This has happened to me before at SlotoCash and the same thing happened..I left a zero out of my QT number and the cashout was reversed and I had to go ask why and withdraw again.
They should have explained why the withdrawal was reversed right away
and asked you to provide the correct account number. It may be an
automatic thing to reverse a withdrawal if they try to pay it and it comes
back as "invalid account". In any case they have to reverse withdrawals
that are going to an invalid account. There is nothing else they can do.
Hopefully you have made the withdrawal to the correct account number and will get it in the next day or 2.

Yes I do hope so but this expirience makes me think twice about depositing here again. Thank you for understanding my frustration and understand that I am in no way taking this out on you.

I also know how irritating it is to wait for a cashout, regardless of the reasons.

I haven't been fortunate enough to play at any casino lately, but I would like to give a positive feedback about Paradise8. Due to bad luck and personal issues on the homefront, I haven't been able to deposit anywhere for awhile now. I receive a personal email from Julie from Paradise8, checking in, seeing if there was a problem, because I hadn't been around for awhile. Not only that, she left a nice ND in my cashier. I didn't win on the ND, but it was nice to be able to play. When a casino can personally write me, and check in, it shows to me that they value their customers. I had been a good depositor there for a little while, but I was not a highroller, just an average player, that they took the time to write to.
When things start to turn around and I am able to play again, I will for sure be playing there. A BIG "Thanks" to Paradise8 and Julie for making my day, such a small gesture that totally turned my day around.
