I think what happened is this: there was a slight error in the lottery announcement, so that

the wrong date appeared, but there were in fact accounts drawn on 22nd (the date shown may have been wrong however).

If in doubt, remember that the winners currently shown are valid, and can be claimed - they are only made void by the announcement
of the next set of winners.
