Funny story...one year I tried to cheat and put the potatoes in a processor. Note to self, don't be lazy!!!!! Came out like paste!!!!!! No potatoes that year, so the dinner was not complete!!!!!!!

Oh yes RGALP, I have tried to cut corners to save some time on a couple of holiday meals and only a couple worked. I guess I will be thankful for the ones that did. As I get a headache thinking about what mistakes I made. Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving NLN Members!!!
