I think they have spoiled us with their previous freebies, prior to their new VIP levels. Just remember that you are NOT going to get a free chip unless you deposit the week before. If the chips come out on Tuesday, then you have to have deposited between Tuesday last week and Tuesday this week.

I'm not depositing as much as a used to at any of them but Sloto'cash so I just don't expect anything so I'm not disappointed.

As for not getting an immediate response, try emailing a RTG or MG casino. If you get a response at all, you're lucky. Usually by the time I get a response I have already fixed the problem or fogot about it.

They may let it go a week or 2, but I do not know

samsarah1, I talked to Simon.. they said every time
you play and play with a bonus and only play to just make playthrough,
then cashout. The system automatically classified you as a bonus abuser.

If you made some deposits with no bonus, the system would probably
start sending promos again. Sorry, I know
you are mad at them but be careful at the other Rivals.
They have similar systems.

Some casinos will stop sending bonus to players who only play with bonus and
only to meet the exact wagering requirement, and then cashout,.
